HVAC companies we write to
We collect business information that is already public: company name, website, phone number, Google rating and review count, and a business email address published on the company's own website. We also keep the measurements we take of that website. We use it to build a preview page from the company's own facts and to write to the company about it.
Our emails
Our first emails to a company include an HTML copy with a tiny image hosted on t.urilio.com. When the email is displayed, that image tells us it was opened, when, for roughly how long, in which email program and from which country. It records nothing else. Reply stop to any message and you will not hear from us again.
This website and its cookies
urilio.com uses two analytics tools to see which pages and guides are useful:
- Google Analytics 4 (cookies starting with
_ga): pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device type. Google may use this data to build advertising audiences for our own Google Ads. - Microsoft Clarity (cookies
_clck,_clsk): anonymised clicks, scrolls and session replays, with text you type masked.
Visitors in Europe are asked first and nothing loads until they accept. Elsewhere the tools load by default; use the "Cookie choices" link at the bottom of every page to decline or change your choice at any time. We do not sell personal information.
Our host, GitHub Pages, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
Preview pages
A preview built for a company is private, marked noindex, and removed ten days after our last message if there is no reply. A test page that goes live on the company's domain belongs to the company; a losing test page is removed from our hosting when the test ends.
Payments
Payments are bank transfers from a business bank account. We see the sending company's name and the amount.
Removal and questions
Email [email protected] and we delete your preview, measurements and address within one business day, keeping only the suppression entry needed to honour the request. Urilio is run by Mohamed Ihab.
